Terms

These terms apply between you and Mag. (FH) Florian Neuhuber, Obere Höllstraße 20d, 4451 Garsten, Austria (“we”), for the use of ourmaybe.com and for purchases made there. Contact: hello@ourmaybe.com.

What OurMaybe is

OurMaybe lets two people answer lists separately and shows them the lines neither turned down. The lists are suggestions for adults to talk about; they are not advice, and nothing on them is a recommendation to do something either of you is unsure about. The After Dark list is for adults aged 18 and over.

Free use

Single lists by link, Date Night and the first level of After Dark are free. We may change or end free features with reasonable notice on the site.

Purchases

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can normally withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once we have started to provide the content, if you asked us to start right away and acknowledged that you lose the right by doing so. We ask for exactly that before you pay, because the content is unlocked the moment the payment is confirmed.

If the content was not unlocked, or something is wrong with it, write to hello@ourmaybe.com and we will sort it out or refund you. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

Your part

Use OurMaybe only with a partner who has agreed to it, and only send an invite or a list to that person. Keep your personal key to yourself. Do not try to read another person's answers or to disrupt the service.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for foreseeable damage from a breach of essential duties. We cannot restore a space whose keys were lost by both people, because we cannot read it.

Law and disputes

Austrian law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in remain in force. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
